Bart’s is an artisanal super-premium ice cream made in small, hand-crafted batches using 16% Butterfat and only 20% overrun (the amount of air we churn into it). We use very high-quality ingredients and, of course, fresh, local fruit (peaches, blueberries, apples & strawberries), maple syrup and even fresh ginger. Bart’s has added three more ice cream flavors this August, adding Chunky Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry, Maple Walnut, and Moose Trails (vanilla ice cream blended with mini peanut butter cups and swirled with our fudge sauce)! A great way to cool down during the humid, dog-days of August!
