Shovel and Spoon is a Maine-based food company founded in 2018 by Tomer Kilchevsky and Courtney Perry. Born from the couple’s shared passion for growing and cooking good food, it began as a small farm-to-table catering venture on their organic farm in Limington. Today it has grown into Middle East Coast – a producer of fresh, authentic dips and spreads that celebrate Middle Eastern flavors and New England bounty. The founders remain committed to quality and sustainability: they source organic ingredients, organically grow their own garlic and peppers, and craft each batch without preservatives so that real flavors shine through.

Our Dips – Choose from our smooth, creamy, authentic Hummus; or Spicy Harissa, a classic hummus topped with house made harissa for anyone who likes a little kick; and finally our satiny Tahini, perfect for sandwiches or salads!
Pita Bread – Fluffy, soft, and perfectly pocketed for sandwiches. Steam, toast, or heat on an open flame for the ultimate pita experience.
